皮耶羅·斯拉法，英籍意大利經濟學家。意大利語叫做Piero Sraffa，生卒時間1898年8月5日-1983年9月3日，是新李嘉圖學派建立者，對劍橋學派有很大的影響力。
生平
皮耶羅·斯拉法生於意大利杜林的猶太人家庭，父親是米蘭博科尼大學商業法教授，後成爲法律系主任。
1916年，皮耶羅·斯拉法入都靈大學法學部，師從經濟學者，後成爲意大利總統的路易吉·伊諾第。1920年，23歲時在路易吉·伊諾第指導下完成博士論文《戰間與戰後意大利的通貨膨脹》。
1920年至1921年間，留學英國倫敦政經學院兩年，其間認識凱因斯。1923年，任佩魯賈大學政治經濟學教授。
1927年，受凱因斯之邀，至劍橋大學任講師，期間曾加入路德維希·維特根斯坦與弗蘭克·普倫普頓·拉姆齊的學術討論。1939年，受聘於劍橋大學三一學院。
1951年至1973年間，編輯篇幅達十卷(附一冊目錄)的《李嘉圖作品與通信全集》(The Works and Correspondence of David Ricardo)。1960年，出版有關價值論的爭議小冊《用商品生產商品》(Production of Commodities by Means of Commodities)。他對本書出版後的論戰不置一詞。
1972年，獲巴黎大學榮譽博士。1976年，獲馬德里大學榮譽博士。
1983年，於英國劍橋過世，年85歲。
